Shipping & Returns
Packages are generally dispatched within 1 to 7 working days after receipt of payment depending on the shipping method chosen. They are shipped mainly via Colissimo with a tracking number and delivered without signature. Packages can also be shipped via Chronopost, Private Parcel, Delivengo and delivered against signature. The choice of delivery method is made when finalizing your order. The delivery methods offered may incur additional costs.
Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as shipping costs. Preparation costs are fixed, while shipping costs vary according to the total weight of the package. For any order over 59 € the delivery is free in Metropolitan France and from 89 € of purchase for the countries of the European Union and for Overseas France.
If the product is unavailable or if the delivery time cannot be respected by SKIN'UP, the Purchaser will be informed as soon as possible and may either accept an additional time limit or cancel his order and request a refund.
We recommend that you group all your items in one order. We cannot group two orders placed separately and shipping charges apply to each of them. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special attention is paid to fragile items. The dimensions of the boxes are appropriate and your items are properly protected.
Returns & exchanges
In accordance with Article L121-20 of the Consumer Code, the Purchaser has a withdrawal period of fourteen (14) clear days from the receipt of the order.
Send back and exchange your articles on Skin'Up for free! The products must be returned in perfect condition for re-marketing in their original complete packaging (packaging, boxes, sheaths, advice booklets, cardboard boxes, etc.).
- The returned products will be subject to quality control which will determine whether or not to accept an exchange or refund.
- The exchanged products must be accompanied by a return number available ONLY from Skin'Up customer service, mentioning the products desired in exchange, their references.
- The reshipment period is a maximum of thirty (30) days.
In order to return an item, go to your customer area, section "My orders", "Details". Check the items and enter the quantity you wish to return, indicate the reason for your return and then generate your return! A request for return is then sent to our services. Once your return request has been accepted by our services, you will receive your return label by email, which must be glued on your package for shipping.
The refund of the order following a return is made: either by bank transfer, by check, by re-credit of the credit card used for payment or by the simple cancellation of the bank transaction, depending on the payment method chosen by the Purchaser. The refund is made as soon as the goods are received at Skin'Up's premises.
Warranty and after-sales service
Skin'Up undertakes to change any article found unfit for normal use during the legal warranty period, in accordance with the provisions of articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code.
Any return will only be accepted with the written consent of Skin'Up.
The shipping costs of sending the products to Skin'Up will be at Skin'Up's expense.
Any alteration of the product due to abnormal use of the product due to negligence or fault of the Purchaser or normal wear and tear is not included in the warranty.
